Make sure you save your editable PDF to your computer - do not edit in an internet browser. This file is only compatible with Adobe Acrobat for use on a computer/laptop.

Step 2: Edit

Open in Adobe Reader and simply enter your details into the blue fields within the file.

Although you do not need to download any fonts, I have included instructions on how to change the font and style of the text.

NB: Not all text is editable - see the images for clarification.

Step 3: Print

You can print this PDF file on your home printer. The majority of professional and store/online printers will print encrypted PDF files - you will need to confirm with your printer.

Tips

Ensure your printer's settings are correct:

Exact size: For true-to-size printing adjust the printer's dialogue box to "actual size" or scale at 100%.

A4 printing: If your purchase doesn't come with an A4 size, you may need to adjust the printer's dialogue box to "fit" in order to print the whole page. This is only necessary for some designs and be mindful that this will scale the printout from the original size.
